Shipping & Returns

Delivery Information

Cosmetic Warehouse delivers Australia wide using Australia Post's delivery service.

Freight Charges (Australia)

·         Orders over $120 - FREE Express Post Delivery for in stock orders over $120

·         Orders under $120 - $8.95 Flat Rate Express Post Delivery fee for orders under $120

Freight charges are not included in our list pricing. The freight charge is automatically added to your order during the check out process.

To ensure your orders are delivered safe and secure, we recommend that you use your work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your order. If nobody is available for collection, your parcel will be left at your place of residence or Post Office for collection at a later time.

You should also include a daytime phone number with your shipping details in case we need to contact you if there are any problems with delivery. Standard delivery time is between 1-7 business days depending on your location. All items are dispatched from our Warehouse based in Sydney.

Freight Charges (International)

We currently don't ship any of our items internationally.


Back Order Items
(Out of Stock)
Express Post - $8.95 per Back Order parcel. All Back Order items are delivered in their own individual parcels and shipped immediately once stock becomes available.


Pre Order Items

These items can be secured prior to their general release. We'll dispatch it as soon as it's available

Delivery Time
As a general rule we endeavour to dispatch your goods within 1-3 working days of receiving your order & payment. Delivery time to you will vary depending on your location. Most deliveries are received within 5-7 business days of dispatch. If you do not receive your goods within the time we estimated.

Our standard method of delivery is via Australia Express Post

Refunds & Returns

Refund & Return Policy

We stand by the products we sell. If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase please contact us immediately and you may return the products for refund or exchange. Always check the contents of your delivery against the invoice provided. If you find a discrepancy please report it to us within 5 working days of receiving your goods.

General Returns

If you are not happy with your product, Cosmetic Warehouse is happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit on your customer account, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened, including the outer packaging. The customer will pay all freight charges and must contact Cosmetic Warehouse within 14 days of receiving the product.

Defective Items

If goods are faulty, wrongly described, and different from a sample shown or are not fit for their intended purpose, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit for the product. The customer must contact Cosmetic Warehouse within 14 days of receiving the product.

How to Return Your Item

Contact the Cosmetic Warehouse Customer Service team on 0405 126674 or email us at returns@cosmeticwarehouse.com.au (ensure you include a daytime telephone number).

A customer service representative will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Number (RN). The Customer Service officer will also provide you with the address details of where to send your return. You must obtain an RN number within 14 days of receiving the product so as to ensure that you are eligible for return.

All products being returned must be securely packed in a box to ensure product protection, ideally using the same packaging that the product was sent in. Cosmetic Warehouse will not be held responsible for packing negligence. The only exception is for a customer who originally received a damaged product.

Send your item to the return address provided. Please ensure that your RN number is clearly displayed on the return packaging.

As soon as the return has been received, the product will be assessed for appropriate action.

IMPORTANT:

You must obtain an RN number within 14 days of receiving the product and the return must be received by Cosmetic Warehouse within 14 days after the RN number has been issued.

Replacement product will only be shipped after the item has been received and assessed by Cosmetic Warehouse. Any item that is returned to Cosmetic Warehouse without an RN number will be returned to sender. Cosmetic Warehouse takes no responsibility for products lost whilst in transit.
